Descrizione: Sarah Elizabeth Jacobs is known by most as a wife, a member of the local gardening club, an avid patron of the Valley Falls Library, the organist for the First Presbyterian Church of Valley Falls, and a volunteer at the local animal shelter. Because she has so much to live for, it comes as a great shock to everyone who knows her when she is found hanging at the end of a rope in her garage. Even more shocking is the letter pinned to her chest that says simply:
“Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. This one is but the first I have identified as in league with the devil. I will expose the others and any who aid them in the coming days.”
The note is signed simply, “Witchfinder.”
