You get the mission to reopen the case. Find the killer by reviewing old case files, photos, maps, interviews, articles from the paper and more. There are clues that you might need to go online to comprehend, review alibies and so on.
The story is written based on what real criminal investigations look like, and has been revised by lawyers and police officers to feel more authentic.
