Descrizione: There are tons of trivias around, but, what's the point of learning about the capital of Kyrgyzstan (?) if instead you can learn about books bound in human skin, or about the Germans-versus-Germans battle in World War II? Why get caught up in the Oscars for a film only your grandmother remembers (???) when you can do it for that Pope who put his predecessor's corpse on trial? For pure trivia, there are encyclopedias. For fun, you have Trivia Freak.
Trivia Freak contains 700 questions of seven categories. Each one includes three alternatives, all difficult to believe, but one—you've got to be kidding me—is true. The other two make you wonder what was smoking the guy that invented them. There are also questions that give the option to invent an extra false alternative on the fly, a creative effort that is well rewarded if a rival chooses it.
It's a turn-free game, in which the fastest player on either team can always answer. The board is flexible, with multiple path options to squeeze the categories you feel most strongly about. You can make it small for a quickie or cover the entire table if you have all five extensions.
Suitable for the whole family (I mean, we also have 100 sex questions, but that's in an extension). Each question comes with a QR code, in case any skeptics want to check the sources (we know that sometimes the correct answers are hard to believe), or to read more context, or see photos or videos.
If you like trivia, this is the one for you. Except, of course, you would rather learn about the world's largest producer of tungsten instead of that Rolling Stone who became the son-in-law of his own son.
