It's a bonus for "Pizarro and the conquest of the Inca Empire 1532-1537" which was published in VaeVictis #171 and offer to play this siege separately or with the campaign. It allows you to resolve the battle on a special tactical map when it is held in SZ O of Cuzco or to independently simulate the siege (March 1536-April 1537). There are 9 additional counters: 6 Slinger units and 3 tactical markers.
