Descrizione: In The Nights of Kind Ludd players direct secret cabals of English Luddites at the dawn of the Industrial Revolution. Together, they will build underground trade networks, lead covert raiding parties, conspire, take oaths, and smash the infernal machines. But beware the Crown's reprisals! Government spies, hired militias, and vindictive judges are marshaling their forces against the laboring classes.
The core game plays in 30-45 minutes and revolves around a shared tableau of cards called "the Commons." Each multi-use card in the Commons has a unique and highly impactful effect - allowing players to mobilise workers, infiltrate shops with saboteurs, and run sabotage operations. By carefully coordinating card play, a powerful shared engine takes shape. With barely 3 rounds to go, everyone must pitch in for a robust attack on the Machines to achieve victory.
