Descrizione: Talent Agency is a quick and light game blending strategy and luck. Manage risk with the roll of a die. Should you play the short or long game?
You own a Talent Agency and can sign talent to your team. Develop your team with attributes so they can win more auditions. Every job won earns you a cut. Be the most successful talent agency to win.
On your turn, sign talent to claim them for your agency. Play an attribute card (Singing Lessons, Acting Lessons, Nose Job ...) next to the talent to start building their resume. Finally, send the talent to an audition defined by a job card. If they lack attributes that the job requires, roll a die on the chance that they may win the job anyway. But be careful, if they fail to get the job their confidence is shaken, and they lose all their attributes. Do you try to build up their attributes to increase the odds of winning the job? Or do you hope that sending them on as many auditions as possible even when the odds are low will ultimately be the winning strategy?
The game is for 2-4 players, but can easily be modified by allowing teams to play instead of individuals.
