Descrizione: SAMÉ: A fast-paced card game of shark attacks, sudden combos, and underwater strategy.
Overview:
SAMÉ is a compact and clever card game using a three-suited deck. Players race to build powerful combos on the table while watching for chances to strike with a shark attack—a surprise move that lets you steal already played cards. Each turn you may also gain a card from a neighbor - but ask carefully or you may be stopped by their secret blocker card.
Gameplay Highlights:
Each turn has 3 phases:
Draw – Pull a card and retrieve your blocker.
Ask – Request any card from the player to your left.
Play – Lay down combos or launch a shark attack if you have an exact match.
Score by forming:
Sets (same number, 3+ cards)
Runs (same suit, 3+ consecutive numbers)
Exact pairs (including shark attacks)
Shark attacks let you snatch cards from the table, unless they are protected. End the round at the right moment by calling “that’s it!” — players get one last chance to respond, and whoever has the highest score after resolving shark attacks wins the round.
What Makes It Special:
Built around interaction, prediction, and timing
The shark mechanic rewards bold plays
Simple to learn, strategic to master
Easily played with two regular decks thinned to 3 suits (or custom art decks like the upcoming crowdfunded launch)
Kid-friendly, but tense enough for adult game night
