Descrizione: In 2012 the state of Colorado voted to make the recreational sale of marijuana legal. While for a few years Colorado had made the sale of marijuana available for medical customers, now EVERYONE can buy weed!
YOU ARE GOING INTO BUSINESS! You'll need to buy a place to grow marijuana, and rent a storefront to sell your product. What kind of marijuana do you plan on growing? Are you going to grow low grade flower to appeal to low priced demand, or are you going to grow top shelf, kind bud? Oh, you should probably get some bongs and edibles, people need ways to smoke your weed, and a good many costumers like to eat it in candy bar form.
Can you navigate through the many costs of running a business in this new industry? Will you price your product to outperform your competitors? Will you be the richest tycoon in this new marijuana age?
Gameplay: Rocky Mountain High is played in turns, each turn will have many player actions. Throughout a game a player is managing their store, while also appealing to customers and the shop's safety. Customers have demands for cheaper prices, marijuana grades, supplies and more. A dispensary owner can build an edge by investing in better locations, growing more plants, having wider array of strains, stronger advertising and more. There is a balance to making a profit in this new marijuana industry. The player with the most money wins.
