Descrizione: Meripeli ("Sea game") is spin and move game where you gather food, and then head to breeding-ground. First animal to reach it's breeding-ground with enough food wins the game. You get the food from the random tiles you collect from the spaces you reach on the board. Some of the tiles have questions on them, if you answer correctly, you get to take another tile.
The animals in the game are Salmon, Pike, Otter and Seal. The Fishes need only 8 points worth of food and the Mammals need 60 points worth of food. All the food in the game are fishes. The Fish players can only eat small fishes (2 points). The Mammal players can eat also the bigger fishes (20 or 30 points).
When a Mammal and a Fish land on the same space, the Mammal player can try to catch the Fish by spinning a wheel (1-6). If Mammal gets 4 or 6, the catch is successful and Mammal gets 2 points worth of food. The Fish goes back to it's starting place and it doesn't loose the collected food points. If the catch fails, then Mammal player has to pass next two rounds. Both Fishes can only be caught once during the game.
