Descrizione: The fenced cities and guarded routes were vital in the Middle Ages, when people were rooted to their lands and lords. Then a few ruthless merchants decided to defend their interests and organized a trade network later called the Hanseatic League.
You lead a merchant family with high status, enough to influence free cities and guilds to join the League. Use your people and power to establish trading houses and send out members of your family to take the riches.
Players take the role of merchant families, playing their cards and placing their family members to take actions in the cities. Each card played expands the network and the possible action for the players, who must manage scarce resources well to accumulate wealth, while taking over guilds and councils all around Europe.
