Descrizione: Great Man cards (上大人牌) are character cards, like "chess cards" or their ilk whose characters come from the Confucian classic copybook "On the Great Man" (上大人). The cards come in a variety of formats with as few as 24 types of cards and as many as 27. They are used primarily to play vaguely Rummy-like games and stem almost exclusively from Hubei province.
