Descrizione: Expansion #2: Kliplev takes Forward Defense '85 to Denmark, adding the UK, Denmark, US Marines, light infantry from several other NATO countries, 2 new unit traits, and new East German units
At the same time as the landings in Sweden, East German and Soviet forces have launched an offensive into Denmark, aiming to cut off Northern Denmark from further NATO support and continue to isolate the Baltic Sea. The small town of Kliplev sits on the approach to a convergence of major transport routes; guarding this will be imperative to protecting friendly supply lines and slowing further Warsaw Pact advances.
Danish forces are very limited as they are still mobilizing. As part of the 3rd Jutland Brigade, you have been tasked with maintaining a defensive line near Kliplev. A fighting retreat is expected until reinforcements arrive. Luckily, NATO has planned well for the defense of Denmark, and multiple options are available for additional forces.
NATO can send reinforcements from one of three sources: The ACE Mobile Force Northern Option, which consists primarily of lighter infantry from various NATO countries; the U.S. 2nd MAF (originally designated for Norway); or the British 1st Infantry Division.
