Bribe developers with coffee, buy your new User Interface from a vendor, and acquire Management Support as you try to get everything done before the deadline. Don’t forget to watch out for bugs in your code, though! A single Null Pointer Exception can ruin an entire Ticket (not to mention Stupid Mistakes).
