An hour-long civilization development simulation game, now available on a notepad.
A game of choice, interaction and dilemma.
A pocket-sized travel companion that doesn't use pieces or dice. Solo play is also available.
Each player's civilization is made up of a 5x5 grid. At the start of the game, 9 squares are blank, and the numbers 5-20 are randomly filled in for the remaining squares with 1 of the numbers being the player's civilization starting point/square.
On your turn, branch out from your starting square to any of the 8 orthogonal connecting squares. Compare the number to the previous player's chosen number and gain benefits depending on whether your new square's number is higher/lower, odd/even.
Benefits range from exploring (for food), improving science & industry, increasing your arts & culture. After 25 rounds, score points from your balance of industry, production, and science and also gain bonus points for excelling at certain categories compared to your neighbours.
