Descrizione: Become the Master of the Elements in this fun and strategic battle game for 2 to 4 players. Summon your Fire, Air, Earth, and Water Elementals to build your strategy and counter your rivals. Tame powerful Elemental Creatures endowed with extraordinary abilities to gain the upper hand. Manipulate the Ether at your own risk, and rise as the supreme mage by evolving your four Elementals to their ultimate forms.
How to play?
- Set Up the Game
Place the Elemental Creature tiles in the center of the table, along with the shuffled Time Distortion cards. Place your Level 4 and Level 5 Elemental cards into your main discard pile, then shuffle the remaining deck. Draw 5 cards. The game is ready to begin.
- Play Your Elementals
On your turn, you may play as many Elementals as you wish into the “Elemental stacks” in your play area, provided each card is the next weakest Elemental in that stack (starting with the Level 0 Elemental Egg, then the Level 1 Elemental, and so on). Cards are placed slightly offset from the previous ones in the stack. The topmost visible card of each stack is considered “free.”
- Resolve Their Effect
Each time you play an Elemental card into your Play Area, you may immediately resolve the effect associated with its element:
🔥 Fire Elemental — Blaze
Blaze allows you to destroy one opponent’s Free Elemental (the top visible card of one of their Elemental Stacks).
💧 Water Elemental — Cascade
Cascade allows you to counter an opponent’s Blaze.
These are the only cards that may be played outside of your own turn.
🌿 Earth Elemental — Rooting
Rooting allows you to consolidate all cards in one of your Elemental Stacks into a single pile, protecting it from future opponent Blaze effects.
💨 Air Elemental — Tornado
Tornado allows you to discard as many cards as you wish into your discard piles, then draw the same number of cards from your deck.
- Release the Elemental Creatures
Some Elemental cards display the Elemental Creature symbol. Whenever one of these cards is played into a Play Area, the corresponding mage releases the Elemental Creature matching that card’s element and level. Each of the eight Elemental Creatures has a unique ability that may be used once per game. However, be careful: The mage who releases an Elemental Creature must immediately give the corresponding Elemental Creature token (and therefore its power) to one of their opponents.
- Resolve Time Distortions
Each mage has four Ether Elementals, which act as Joker cards. They may replace certain Elemental cards but do not trigger that Elemental’s effect. Whenever an Ether Elemental is played, the player immediately draws one Time Distortion Card and resolves its effect right away.
- Discard Your Remaining Cards
At the end of your turn, you may either keep your remaining cards in hand for your next turn or discard as many as you wish. If you choose to discard, you have two options:
• Quick Discard Pile — This pile will be reshuffled and reused first when your Deck runs out.
• Main Discard Pile — This pile will only be reshuffled after the Quick Discard Pile has been completely reclaimed and emptied.
You then draw cards until you have 5 Elemental cards in hand again. Play then passes to the next mage.
The first mage to control all four Ultimate Elementals in their play area wins the game!
