Descrizione: Zodiacus Intrépidos is a board game that blends the dynamics of cards with the interactivity of a game board, combined with the theme of zodiac signs and their mythology. The game unfolds in a classic Medieval Fantasy world, where your objective is to destroy the enemy castle, facing the heroes and strategies of your opponents.
In modes for 2 to 4 players, each player controls a trio of heroes that represent one of the twelve zodiac signs. Through each hero, the player controls a specific deck and board for the scenario, with its strengths and weaknesses.
The goal of Zodiacus is not just to be another board game, but also a way to introduce the world of tabletop games to a larger and younger audience, who often don't know this universe because they encounter overly complicated and hermetic systems. A great advantage of Zodiacus is its simplified and dynamic gameplay, along with an evolution system that prioritizes combat and fun.
With a strong narrative appeal, Zodiacus presents a universe filled with fantastic characters and legends. The game will bring in each box a bit more of the history of the heroes and creatures of this world.
Developed independently by the Rio de Janeiro duo of game designers Marcos Barreto and Victor Borba, the game was the winner of the contest held by Seven Game – Centro/RJ at TableTopDay 2014.
