Descrizione: The Ground Between is a low-to-medium complexity Tactical-level wargame set on Western Front of World War 1. It covers infantry conflicts over no man’s land between France and Germany. Each game portrays a short engagement (playable in one hour) of Battle of Ypres around 1914 - 1915 in the Western Front.
The game features low counter count, one-sided, and large counters, which is ideal for Print & Play.
The combat system is specifically developed to reflect trench warfare: the emergence of machine guns that change modern warfare, the deadliness of close quarter combat, and the importance of troops’ morale as much as tactics in the battlefield.
