Descrizione: Ticket to Ride: Pioneers & Saboteurs is an unofficial thematic expansion for Ticket to Ride that adds asymmetrical roles, a reputation system, and a new turn structure to increase interaction and strategic variety.
At the beginning of the game, each player receives a unique character card that gives them a secret background and specific scoring objectives. Some characters benefit from helping others (Pioneers), while others thrive on sabotage and misdirection (Saboteurs).
Each turn, instead of playing immediately, players draw a Turn Card. This card contains a one-time event and two optional reputation actions: one helpful (Pioneer) and one disruptive (Saboteur). Choosing an action grants a reputation point in that direction and ends your turn — skipping it lets you play normally. Reputation bonuses accumulate over time and significantly change your capabilities:
Pioneers may draw more cards, build extra routes, or gain bonus points.
Saboteurs can hide tickets, block others, or even cross existing routes.
Players can score additional points by reaching reputation milestones (+10 or -10), fulfilling secret goals tied to their role, or using their reputation bonuses strategically.
This expansion introduces:

32 Turn Cards with tactical choices each round
Extra scoring conditions tied to player behavior
