Non Chiedermi Questo! ("Don't Ask Me This!") is a psychological party game that fosters entertaining interactions among players, enhancing their dialectical and interpersonal skills. It encourages honest, witty, and sincere conversations among people who already know each other, but not exclusively.
The game is based on a deck of cards featuring provocative questions and ambiguous answers about personal, emotional, behavioral, and habitual topics. It can be played by 2 to 8 players.
Setup: The dealer distributes 4 cards to each player. Each card has a question and an answer.
The oldest player acts as the master for the first round.
Gameplay:
The master selects a question from their hand, reads it aloud, and places it on the table.
Other players choose a response from their hand that they believe is most appropriate and say it aloud in turn.
The master selects the response they find most sincere or fitting and the player who gave that response wins the card.
All played cards (except the one won) go into the discard pile, and each player draws a new card.
The role of master passes to the next player in a clockwise direction, and a new round begins.
When the deck runs out, shuffle the discard pile and continue playing.
The game ends after each player has been the master at least once (or twice, if chosen by the players).
Winning the Game:
The player who collects the most cards wins the game.
