Descrizione: ElvenTrolls is a trick-taking card game with the stunning illustrations of the Swedish artist John Bauer.
"When you talk about trolls, they are standing outside your door listening." - Swedish proverb.
The forests of Sweden are restless, according to local druids, the number of trolls is increasing, forcing them to leave their caves to hunt in the forests, disturbing the peace of the elves who inhabit them, creating a natural imbalance.
ElvenTrolls is a card game with a trick-taking mechanic played in pairs, where one pair plays with the elves and the other with the trolls, competing for supremacy in the northern forests. Each night (round), the trolls will try to devour the guardian elves, who in turn must prevent the trolls from returning to their caves before sunrise, when they will turn into stones. The player with the highest number on their card wins the trick and takes all the trolls and elves to their forest, however, the player with the lowest number can take any troll or elf to any player's forest. The faction that has the highest total value in a forest wins against the rival, scoring points for their team (collecting the rival's cards). Just be careful with the curse of the druids' runes, where the faction that has 3 or more cards with the same runes will be destroyed, scoring points for the rival.
