Jasmin is helper number 13. During set up, add the card to the deck of helpers, and prepare the deck the usual way.
Jasmin advantage is:
Between your turns, when any amount of sheep is traded between players or the supply, place one wool from the supply on this card. This card holds a maximum of 2 wool cards. On your turn, you may activate this card to collect all held cards.
Promo card was made available as a prize at CATAN official tournaments.
