「陣取りゲーム」と「すごろく」を掛け合わせた、新感覚の街づくりゲームです。街に見立てたゲームボード上を周回しながら物件を購入し、増やした資産で人を呼び込み、家を建設して住宅街を開発します。4カ所のタウンで人や家のトークンを置いたり、動かしたりしながら他プレイヤーよりも多くの賑わいをつくり、自分のランドマークを建てたマイタウンに到達できれば勝利します。
