Descrizione: The goal of SG Gwint is to offer the opportunity to play Gwent, which we all love, in a form worthy of the title "well-balanced card game." Unfortunately, the old good Gwent is not that, and it's no wonder. In The Witcher 3, players collect their decks on their journey towards the title of Gwent Grandmaster, and the variety of cards ranges from unusable to absurdly strong.

We approached the new version with respect for the original version and the preservation of the spirit of the game. However, we also utilized the space for innovation - in addition to balancing the strength of the cards and their abilities, we added some of our own, created a few new cards, and replaced the card illustrations with those from the online game GWENT to give them a fresh touch. Furthermore, we replaced the existing interface with our own for enhancement.

How to play SG Gwint

Objective:
The objective of Gwent is to win two out of three rounds by having more points on the board than your opponent.

Setup:
Each player begins with a deck of cards that consists of unit cards representing different factions, abilities, and values. A standard deck contains a minimum of 25 cards. Player takes 10 cards and can change 2 of them.

Gameplay:

Round Structure: The game is played over a series of rounds. Each round allows players to play one card per turn until both players pass consecutively.

Board: The board consists of three rows for each player: melee, ranged, and siege. Each row can hold a certain type of unit card.

Unit Cards: There are different types of cards: melee, ranged, siege, and special cards. Unit cards have a power value and sometimes an ability.

Leader Cards: Each player has a leader card that can be used once per game, usually having a powerful effect that can influence the game significantly.

The Hand: Players draw a certain number of cards at the beginning of each round. Players can mulligan (exchange) a few cards from their hand if they wish.

Scoring: The player with the highest total power on the board at the end of each round wins that round.

Winning a Round: Winning a round does not mean winning the game. Players need to balance winning rounds with conserving cards for future rounds.

Round Length: Players can play as many cards as they like in a round until both players pass. Passing means the player ends their turn and cannot play any more cards in that round.

Card Effects: Many cards have special abilities that can influence the game, such as boosting other units, damaging enemy units, or affecting the game board.

Tiebreakers: In the event of a tie at the end of a round, the player who won the previous round wins the game. If neither player has won a round, the game continues with another round.

Strategy:
Gwent requires strategic thinking, bluffing, and careful resource management. Players must decide when to commit powerful cards and when to hold back to secure victory in later rounds.
